ABOUT NEGRONI WEEK
Negroni Week is a global charity program, this year being the 9th year running, that has put the power of fundraising in the hands of on-premise accounts using the popular Negroni cocktail as the focal point.
Retailers, bars and restaurants that participate in the initiative pay for their subscriptions and donate a portion of the sales of Negroni cocktails or Negroni-related items to a charity.
The initiative is owned by IMBIBE USA, the ultimate magazine dedicated to the bar culture.
2021 NEGRONI WEEK
Every year, Negroni Week raises funds for charities over the world through the sales of Negroni cocktails. Last year, in 2020, the focus changed to drive fundraising efforts to the hospitality industry itself after being hit by the pandemic by raising money directly for bars and bartenders.
In 2021, the initiative will revert back to raising money for a range of different charities with donations being garnered from bars. The difference being that bartender subscription fees will be voluntary from $5, as consumers are welcomed back in bars, encouraged to return to hospitality venues that are participating in celebration.
