CANADIAN WHISKY

Our Barrel Select Whisky was our first blend that showed the world what Canadian Whisky could be. Originally released in 2000, its unique blend of individually aged grain whiskies from rye, barley and corn revealed what was possible when driven by innovation and a wild spirit. The process of aging each whisky in seasoned ex-bourbon barrels and new American white oak gives a unique and full flavour profile. 

Aromas: Honey, vanilla, orange peel and apricot fused with toasted oak, black walnut and spice 

Flavor: Robust, complex, rich, and bold flavours of vanilla, honey, a hint of rye spice, and cocoa with a toasted earthiness 

Finish: Smooth, lingering, and memorable
